How it works
Add the company or social-committee name, logo, colours, rules and Cup Day prizes. Free to try with up to 4 entries; bigger offices pay once per event, from $10. See prices
Post one invite link or QR code in Teams, Slack, email or your intranet. Colleagues in the office or at home sign up free with their email and join in their browser. No app, no spreadsheet of names.
Once everyone has joined, run the horse draw (it opens Saturday 31 October, 5:00pm AEDT). Colleagues see their horses online. More people than horses? Each entry gets two or more. See how
The live leaderboard ranks every entry on Cup Day. Put it on a shared screen and set prizes for 1st to 8th place and a wooden spoon.
Office sweep pricing
Pay once per event for the plan that fits your expected entries, and upgrade later if more people join. An entry is one place in the sweep; one person can hold more than one entry if you allow it. Any entry fee you collect from colleagues is separate from the Sweepzy price. Prices are shown in USD for this visit, and you can change currency when you create your event.

One fixed price, however many colleagues join.Bigger offices
With one horse each, a sweep can only have as many entries as there are horses. For a bigger office, each entry gets two or more horses instead.
Unique combinations keep every entry different. They don't give every entry exactly the same chance of winning.
Prize ideas
The event page shows your prizes and rules before people join, so there's no confusion on Cup Day.

Yes. Everyone enters and follows the same event from a phone or desktop browser, wherever they are working.
Post the invite link or QR code in Teams, Slack, email or your intranet. Colleagues create a free Sweepzy account with their email and join from their browser. There is no app to download.
With 24 horses and 50 entries, each entry gets two horses: one from the 12 best-ranked horses and one from the other 12. No two entries get the same pair, but each horse is shared by a few entries. Unique combinations do not mean every entry has the same chance of winning.

The horse draw opens on Sweepzy from Saturday 31 October, 5:00pm AEDT (Melbourne time), once the final field is loaded. This is separate from the official Melbourne Cup barrier draw.
People who join after the draw are not added to it. Share the link early, set your expected entries and run the draw once everyone is in. The organiser can delete and re-run the draw if needed.
Each finishing position earns points (1st 50, 2nd 30, 3rd 18, 4th 10, 5th 6, 6th 3) and an entry's score is the total for its horses. With one horse each, whoever holds the winner tops the leaderboard. Organisers can set prizes for 1st to 8th place and a wooden spoon. Dead heats split the points, and tied entries share a place.
